Alison Evans is a fully qualified Advanced Level 3 Professional Personal Trainer and has been working on a freelance basis in the Maidstone (Kent) area for nearly 5 years.

She is passionate about exercise and understands how much it can improve the quality of your lifestyle. Beginning a fitness routine can be a daunting experience for some people, so she is here to help you make it enjoyable , fun and rewarding.

She will tailor a programme based on your agreed goals to suit you and the time that you have available. She offers a flexible approach to your training by ensuring that you have a wide and varied choice.
